Italians have been making pasta since 1154 A.D. Since then, it has become popular across the world-particularly in America, especially when it's homemade. While you may have made homemade pasta in the past, you probably have never made it like this.


Canna Pasta is a modern take on an old Italian classic. Adding cannabis/hemp to your pasta is easier than it sounds when you use this handy recipe. With only a few components, you will find this pasta filling, yet light.


Canna Pasta is a divine meal for every pasta lover and cannabis enthusiast. If that's you, you will love this garlicky dish. ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of spaghetti

  • 2 TB parsley

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 ts of Canna Seasoning (Smokey Herbs)

  • Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

  • Pinch red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 cup of Extra-virgin olive oil

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 30 minutes

Serving Size 4-6


Instructions

  1. Boil large pot of cold water over high heat. Add a pinch of salt.

  2. Once to a boil, add pasta and cook until tender (8-10 minutes).

  3. While pasta cooks, combine extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes.

  4. Drain pasta in a colander - save 1/4 cup of cooking water.

  5. Add pasta and cooking water to garlic mixture. Add parsley and mix well.

  6. Serve topped with grated cheese.

  7. Serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
