Roasted Canna Potatoes w/ Parmesan Garlic & Herbs

Our Roasted Canna Potatoes with Parmesan, garlic and herbs are our favorite, go-to roasted potatoes! They have so much flavor and the perfect texture - crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. And when you dash our Canna Seasoning (Smokey Herbs) on them. OMG!!! Savoring... It's the perfect side dish to compliment your favorite entrees.


  • 2 1/2 lbs of red potatoes cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 3 TS of Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 TS chopped fresh Rosemary

  • 2 TS of chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 TS of minced garlic

  • 1/8 cup of Canna Seasoning (Smokey Herbs) or more to compliment taste

Prep Time 15 minutes

Cook Time 45 minutes

Serving Size 6


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Spray a rimmed 18 x 13 inch baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Lightly dust with flour and shake out excess.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss potatoes with remaining olive oil. Add Parmesan and rosemary and season with Canna Seasoning (Smokey Herbs) (add more for desired taste), toss to evenly distribute.

  3. Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer (add Parmesan clumps that may have fallen off potatoes back on tops of potatoes).

  4. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown on bottom, about 30 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven, add garlic and toss (they may stick slightly so use a thin spatula to lift from pan and rotate).

  6. Return to oven and bake until tender and lightly browned, about 15 minutes longer.

  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
