The best thing about our Canna Cheeseburger is: you are going to love it! The second best thing about it is: it is easy and the third best thing is: it's completely DIY. Even the seasonings that we use. No not your regular seasoning but our delicious Canna Seasoning (Smokey Herbs).
4 burger buns
4 slices of tomatoes
4 slices of red onion
4 Hemp Leaves
One cup of shredded lettuce
4 TS of ketchup (optional)
4 TS of mustard (optional)
4 TS of mayo (optional)
4 slices of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of fine bread crumbs
1 lb of beef
1/3 cup of Canna Seasonings (Smokey Herbs)
Prep Time 10 Mins Cook Time 15-25 minutes Serving Size 4
Preheat your oven or grill to 450 degrees.
Take a bowl and mix egg with a two dashes of Canna Seasonings (Smokey Herbs).
Place the ground beef inside the bowl and sprinkle breadcrumbs in the mixture.
Blend the mixture together with a fork. For better blending, use your hands. Make 4 patties out of mixture.
Place each patty either on the grill or a baking sheet if cooking in the oven. Heat each side for 6-8 minutes.
Whichever cooking method you're using, add cheddar cheese over the patties and let them melt over.
Place your buns on the grill or inside the oven. Heat them until they're crispy.
When the bun is hot, gently slather 1 TS of mayo on either side of the bread.
Assemble and stack patty, tomato, onion, lettuce, mustard, hemp leaves and ketchup. Adjust them between the buns.
