Canna-Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwich

If you’re one to follow HOT Organics, you’ve seen us make a variation of grilled cheese sandwiches and even go viral with them. This other way requires no special tools other than our special Canna Seasoning!

Mouth watering and a taste to die for. Who wouldn't want lobster infused with cannabis :)


  • 4 slices of bread

  • 8 oz of lobster meat

  • 4 slices of gruyere cheese

  • 4 slices of gouda

  • 2 ts of Butter

  • 1 TS of Canna Seasoning (All-Purpose Turmeric Blend)

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 10-15 minutes

Serving Size 4


  1. Heat pan to medium low.

  2. Slather two slices of bread with butter.

  3. Place one slice of bread on the pan, butter side down. Add 2 slices of gruyere, 4 oz of lobster meat with Canna Seasoning sprinkled on top and then 2 slices of gouda to top side of the bread.

  4. Put the other slice of bread on top, butter side up. Cook until the bottom piece of the bread is golden brown and the cheese is beginning to melt.

  5. Flip your sandwich.
